All activities on this system may be monitored and/or recorded in order to protect the system from unauthorized use, as well as to ensure that it is functioning correctly. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if evidence of possible abuse or criminal activity is revealed, this evidence may be provided to the relevant authorities for appropriate action.

All data remains the property of the contributing agency and dissemination of the information must be approved by the contributing agency. All data provided by contributing federal, state, and local agencies is prohibited to be produced in hard copy format.
